Erwin Chambers, age 60, of McKinney, Texas, passed away on December 26, 2016. He was born April 7, 1956, in McKinney, Texas to Frank and Mary Ruth (Bentley) Chambers. On January 1, 1991, Erwin married Paula Mathes. He lived most of his life in McKinney where he graduated from McKinney High School. Erwin loved working on cars and was an auto mechanic. He also enjoyed hunting, but most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife, Paula Chambers of McKinney, Texas; children, Erwin Lugwin Chambers, Jr. and wife Jana of Anna, Texas, April Kerrigan and husband David of Allen, Texas, Charles Chambers of South Dakota; grandchildren, Seth Chambers, Alexandria Kerrigan, David Kerrigan Jr., Matthew Chambers and Alexa Chambers; sisters, J’Net Chambers and Betty Ned; six nieces and nephews; eleven great nieces and nephews; one great-great-niece; many other loving relatives and friends.
Erwin is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Mary Ruth Chambers; and brother, Tim Chambers.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 6, 2017 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas/
