Mr. Erwin Arthur Byro, age 96, passed away June 7, 2007, in McKinney, Texas. He was born March 31, 1911, to Ole and Mary (Johnson) Byro. He grew up in Eagle Grove, Iowa where he attended school. He was self-employed as a Manufacturing Representative in the Machine Tool Industry in Michigan. He was active in Rotary International, American Society of Engineers and was a lifelong member of Gideons International. He enjoyed playing golf and was a member of Bellevue Heights Church in Sun City, Arizona where he was very active. He is survived by his son, Don Byro and wife, Debbie of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Steve Byro of Carol Stream, Illinois, Chris Byro of McKinney, Texas and Eric Byro and wife, Carissa of McKinney, Texas; several nieces and nephews and a host of other family member and friends. Preceding him in death was his wife, Bertine. A memorial service will be held at Bellevue Heights Church in Sun City, Arizona at a later date.
