Epifanio “Tiff” Siragusa, of McKinney, Texas passed away July 15, 2012 at home in McKinney, Texas at the age of 75. He was born October 8, 1936 in Tusa, Province of Messina, Sicily, Italy, to Antonino and Assunta (Epiro) Siragusa. On June 11, 1973, Tiff married Joan Skinner in Corpus Christi, Texas. He loved his family and was loved by many; Tiff was a highly respected mentor to his family and friends. He was an avid golfer; loved horses; and was a professionally trained vocalist and guitarist. He was loved by all.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Siragusa of McKinney, Texas; children, Anthony Siragusa and wife Patricia of Palermo, Sicily, Italy, Assunta (Suzette) Radica and husband Claudio of Palermo, Sicily, Italy, Tif W. Siragusa and wife Bernadette of Nashville, Tennessee, Paul Siragusa of McKinney, Texas, Christopher Siragusa and fiancé Elly Smith of Plano, Texas; brother, Francesco Paul Siragusa of Waterford, Connecticut; grandchildren, Francesca, Salvatore and Letizia Siragusa of Palermo, Sicily, Italy, Claudio, Francesco and Federica Radica of Palermo, Sicily, Italy, Isabella Siragusa of Irving, Texas, Lorenzo and Gianni Siragusa of Nashville, Tennessee, and Tyler Siragusa of McKinney, Texas; nieces and nephews, Susan Spellman, Donna Gordan, Anthony Siragusa, Kara McBride, Rachel Siragusa, and Joseph Siragusa all of Connecticut; and a host of other loving family and friends.
Tiff is preceded in death by his parents, Antonino and Assunta Siragusa and sister-in-law, Mary Siragusa.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Friday, July 20, 2012, at St. Michael Catholic Church, in McKinney, Texas, with Father Salvador Guzman officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 6:30 pm, with a rosary starting at 7:00 p.m., on Thursday evening, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
