Elcyon C. Kidd, age 69, of Carrollton, Texas passed away October 13, 2008. She was born March 11, 1939 in Denison, Texas to Judson and Irene (Holder) Cloer. On February 18, 1984 she married Harold Kidd in Carrollton, Texas. Elcyon was a member of the Covenant United Methodist Church in Carrollton, the Carrollton Jr. League and the Women’s Soroptimist Club. She is survived by her husband, Harold Kidd of Carrollton, Texas; daughter, Mystii Nekuza and husband, Jeff of Carrollton, Texas; sister, Evelyn Cobble of Bells, Texas and brother, Joe Cloer of Savoy, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Mark Eric Groner in 1981; sisters, Mary Cruson and Suszie Cloer. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Friday, October 17, 2008, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Danny Buster and James Carpenter officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
