Eddie Lee Mooring, age 64, of Sherman, Texas passed away May 2, 2008. He was born August 2, 1943 in Allen, Texas to Bud and Leona (White) Mooring. He proudly served in the United States Army and Navy. Eddie was a correction officer for the Department of Corrections. He is survived by his daughter, Audrey Mooring Long and husband, Ira of Richardson, Texas; grandchildren, Warren O’Bryant and wife, Christina of Huntsville, Georgia, Andre O’Bryant of Richardson, Texas and Eriq O’Bryant of Richardson, Texas; sister, Pearlie B. Jones of Allen, Texas; niece, Stephanie Mooring of McKinney, Texas nephew Chad Risby of Dallas, Texas and numerous relatives of McKinney and Houston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Laveda Terrell. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2008, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel.
