Mrs. Dorothy L. Latham, age 81, of McKinney, Texas passed away on January 26, 2004 in McKinney, Texas. She was born on February 12, 1922 to Juttie Arnold and Willie Mae (Claycomb) Hackney in McKinney, Texas. On July 2, 1949, she married Clifford Edward Latham in Lovington, New Mexico. She was a manager for LaQuinta Motels and was a member of Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughter, Carol Lee Latham of McKinney, Texas; brothers, Charlie Hackney of Houston, Texas, Billy Hackney of Tomball, Texas, Tommy Hackney of Trenton, Texas and Fred Hackney of McKinney, Texas; and sister, Sally Langley of Allen, Texas. Her parents, husband and 2 brothers preceded her in death. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 28, 2004 at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be held prior to the service at 10:00 AM, Wednesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
