Mrs. Doris Ann Thompson, age 81, of Plano, Texas passed away April 19, 2007, in Plano. She was born February 5, 1926, in Plano to Melvin and Evelyn (Carpenter) Graves. On November 14, 1971, she married H.B. Thompson. Mrs. Thompson worked for the Plano ISD for over 25 years as an office director. She was a past president of the Plano Education Office Personnel Association and a past PTA president. Mrs. Thompson was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. She attended the First Christian Church of Plano. She is survived by her husband, H.B. Thompson; children, James Ingram and wife, Susie and John Ingram all of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Clark Thompson, Denton Bricker and Jamie Brown; and a host of other family and friends. Her parents preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 21, 2007, at the First Christian Church, 813 East 15th Street, Plano with Rev. Bruce Grentz officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Friday to pay their respects and to sign the register book.
