Doris Marie Mowry, age 91, of McKinney, Texas passed away on May 27, 2015. She was born on April 3, 1924 in Plainview, Nebraska to William Harvey Butts and Grace Marie (Clark) Butts. She grew up in Wyoming where she attended schools. She worked for Mountain States Telephone and Telegrah and retired after 28 years of service. Doris enjoyed traveling and her church.
She is survived by son, Darel Mowry and wife Charlotte of Anna, Texas; daughter, Shirley Toppenberg of Cheyenne, Wyoming; six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
She is preceeded in death by her parents, daughter, Karlene Cooper and six brothers.
