David Wells Storck, age 76, of McKinney, Texas passed away September 13, 2012. He was born March 11, 1936 in Cleveland, Ohio to Karl Storck and Monica (Neiser) Storck. On July 7, 1956 he married Marcella Kraynak in Cleveland, Ohio. He graduated from St. Francis Preparatory School in Spring Grove, Pennsylvania. At the age of forty, David graduated from St. Thomas University of Houston with a degree in Economics. He was an avid fisherman and reader of history. He loved the military channel. David’s love for travel has taken him around the world and to 49 states across the United States. He worked as a construction manager for Fluor Construction Company and Bechtel Construction Company. David was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen.
He is survived by his sons, David Storck and wife, Lisa of McKinney, Texas, Patrick Storck of Houston, Texas; daughter, Kathy Otey and husband, Tommy of Norfolk, Virginia; grandchildren, Rachel Hess, Sloane Storck and Ian Storck; great-grandchildren, Anna Hess, T.J. Hess, Jr. and numerous other loving relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Karl and Monica Storck; wife of 53 years, Marcella and his son, Eric Karl “Rick” Storck.
