Daniel Gregory LeClaire. Born December 5, 1947 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island and current resident of McKinney, Texas. His passions were fishing, hunting, and being an avid outdoorsman. He also enjoyed an active membership at Masonic Benevolent Lodge No. 7 during his residence in New Hampshire. He was awarded a Business degree from Cal State Fullerton and his Masters in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. At the time of his death, he was employed as a financial analyst at Countrywide Mortgage. He is survived by his wife who he married on September 22, 2004 in McKinney, Linda Tressa LeClaire; sons, Matthew and Darren LeClaire and their mother, Jackie McAlister; brother and sister-in-law, Russell and Jennie LeClaire; brothers, Larry LeClaire and James Morabeto; niece, Patricia and husband, David and their son Connor along with many other nieces and nephews. Dan lost his long and hard-fought battle with cancer on November 12, 2004. A large community of friends and family will sorely miss him. Dan’s Celebration of Life service will be held November 15, at 2:00 PM at Christ Church Episcopal, 4550 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX. Interment will follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park in Frisco, TX. Family will receive friends following the service. Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Sunday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
