Dan Dada, age 54, of Murphy, Texas, passed away November 22, 2013, in Murphy. Dan was born November 5, 1959, in McKinney, Texas, to Edward Wells and Billie Ruth (Coffey) Dada. He married Vicki Shields on October 18, 1985, in McKinney. Dan loved bass fishing and camping with good friends. He never met a stranger. As a proud parent, he loved being involved with his children’s sporting activities. Dan also enjoyed playing darts and was a member of the Dallas Dart Association.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki Dada of Murphy, Texas; children, Crystal Baird of Ennis, Texas, Cole Dada and Bailey Dada, both of Murphy, Texas; and a host of other loving family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Monday evening at the funeral home.
