Mr. Conrad D. “C.D.” Medlock, age 75 of Allen, Texas passed away on August 12, 2005 in Plano, Texas. He was born on June 17, 1930 in Rocket, Texas to Hoyt and Edna Pearl (Couch) Medlock. He married Billie Williams on April 8, 1949 in Waxahachie, Texas. Mr. Medlock served in the U.S. Air Force while working for the Inspector General for 20 years. He was of the Methodist faith. Mr. Medlock is survived by his wife, Billie Medlock of Allen, Texas; mother-in-law, Ruby Roark of Midlothian, Texas; children, Conrad Duane Medlock, Jr. and wife, Colleen, of Little Elm, Texas, Cheryl Kay Johnston of McKinney, Texas, and Brian K. Medlock and wife, Janice of Plano, Texas; grandchildren, Jamie L. Johnston and wife, Betty R., Timothy K. Medlock, Travis Medlock, Brian Keith Medlock, Jr., and Dillon Paul Medlock; great grandchildren, Desireé Kayl Johnston, Cameron Allyn Johnston, and Taylor Jo Medlock; brother, Douglas Wayne Medlock and wife, Christine of Waxahachie, Texas; sister, Billie Ruth Mokzeski of Grand Prairie, Texas; nephews, Douglas Wayne Medlock, Jr. and Jon "Buzzy" Medlock; and numerous other family and friends. His parents preceded him in death. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, August 16, 2005 in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Milton Guttierrez officiating. Interment with full military honors will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Monday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
