Cliffie T. Goforth passed on to be with her Lord and savior October 5, 2010. She was born in McKinney, April 11, 1919. She had resided at Colonial Lodge Assisted Living in McKinney since 2005. She had been a long time resident of Plano, prior to moving to Colonial Lodge. She was a member of Pittman Creek Church of Christ since the 1980’s. She retired from Texas Instruments in the 1950’s. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Goforth and sister Fayma Nicholas. She is survived by her daughter, Billie Huddleston and husband Jack; sisters, Velma Ogletree and Jo Gregg; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, in Allen, Texas, with Pastor Mike Brewer officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park, Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience to pay their respects and to sign the register book on Wednesday.
