Mrs. Clara Mae Thompson, age 93, of McKinney, Texas, passed away May 4, 2006, in McKinney. She was born May 21, 1912, in Antlers, Oklahoma, to George and Maudene (Rowland) James. On November 11, 1933, she married Robert Clarence Thompson in Durant, Oklahoma. Mrs. Thompson was a homemaker and a member of North Baptist Church in McKinney. She is survived by her daughter, Wanda Hines and husband, Lucien of Farmersville, Texas; grandchildren, Karen Gracy and husband, Kenneth of Melissa, Texas, Bruce Hines and wife, Mollie of Dallas, Texas, and Amy McClellan and husband, Joe of Farmersville, Texas; great grandchildren, Chris Gracy and wife, Jennifer of Melissa, Texas, Heather Hines of Dallas, Texas, Brad McClellan and wife, Jennifer of Farmersville, Mike Gracy and wife, Sonya of Melissa, Texas, and Randy Foster of Greenville, Texas, Ricky Inkrote and wife, Gayle of Garland, Texas and Joelle Inkrote of Addison, Texas; great great grandchildren, Stephanee Gracy, Christopher Gracy, Hannah McClellan, and Brad Gracy and Josh Inkrote; sisters, Alice Adcock of Borger, Texas, and Hilda Neasbitt of Durant, Oklahoma; and a host of other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, and two sisters. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, May 8, 2006, at Highland Cemetery in Durant, Oklahoma with Rev. Paul Wheelus officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M., Sunday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe McClellan, Kenneth Gracy, Bruce Hines, Chris Gracy, Mike Gracy, and Randy Foster.
