Charlie Lee Hayes

Mr. Charlie Lee Hayes of Farmersville, Texas passed away February 1, 2011 in Greenville, Texas.  He was born August 21, 1927 in Pike, Texas the son of Charles A. and Rosa Parvin Hayes.  He married Geraldine Douglas February 2, 1957 in Commerce, Texas.  Mr. Hayes was a retired machinist for Intercontinental in Garland, Texas, a member of the Trinity Baptist Church in Farmersville, Texas and served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict.  Mr. Hayes is survived by his wife of Farmersville, 2 daughters Diana Poplin and husband Johnny and Sharon Coleman and husband Gary both of Farmersville, Texas.  He is also survived by his sisters; Tommie Griffin and husband C.H. of Farmersville, Texas and Johnie Owens and husband James of Whitewright, Texas.  Mr. Hayes is also survived by 2 grandchildren; Kaitlyn and Keefer

Coleman both of Farmersville; step grandchildren; Ashley Holland of Farmersville, Texas and Caleb Coleman of Rowlett, Texas. He also has 3 step great grandchildren; Bella Holland, Cooper Holland and Cove Coleman all of Farmersville, and is survived by 2 nephews; Charles Owens of Tom Bean, Texas and Michael Hallmark of Farmersville, Texas.  He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 sister Ruby Hayes.
