Charles David Fagan, age 48, of Plano, Texas, formerly of Arlington, Virginia, passed away March 18, 2011. He married his childhood sweetheart Tracey McCabe in 1985. Charles was a beloved husband, father, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Tracey Fagan of Plano, Texas; children, Charles David Fagan II and Christina Fagan both of Plano, Texas; father-in-law, Robert McCabe Sr. of Virginia; and brother-in-law, Robert McCabe Jr. and his wife Lauren of Fairfax, Virginia. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 25, 2011, at 12:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Friday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation, Friday one hour prior to the service, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
