Mr. Casimir Casey Moneta, age 89, of McKinney, Texas passed away, Tuesday, November 28, 2006 in McKinney. He was born March 3, 1917 in Rome, New York to Thomas and Josephine Moneta. On October 12, 1940, Casey married Mary Mercurio in Rome, New York. Mr. Moneta worked for Revere Copper and Brass as a manager of nondestructive testing. Casey was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, he loved children and will be dearly missed by his family and friends He is survived by his wife Mary Moneta of McKinney, Texas; children, Thomas Moneta and wife Joyce of McKinney, Texas, and Patricia Rowsam and husband Brett of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Scott Moneta and wife Nikki of Frisco, Texas, Brett Moneta and wife Jennifer of Dallas, Texas, Heather Dubuisson of Lewisville, Kristian Rowsam and wife Lauren of Fort Worth, Texas; great-grandchildren, Andrew Moneta, Coleman Moneta, Daniella Moneta, and Madisyn Dubuisson; and a host of other family and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, two brothers and one sister. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 PM, Saturday, December 2, 2006 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Fr. Antony Moonjanattu officiating. Open visitation will be Friday with the family present to receive friends from 2 - 4 PM and again beginning 5:30 with a Rosary Service at 7:00 PM in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
