Carol Janice Paluck Pearson

Carol Janice Paluck Pearson, age 67, of McKinney, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 5, 2015, in Dallas, Texas.  

She was born September 25, 1947 in Saginaw, Michigan to Bruno James and Johanna Martha (Beyer) Paluck. Carol grew up in Saginaw where she graduated from Saginaw High School in 1965. After her schooling, she began working as a legal secretary and later worked in the accounts receivable department. After moving to the Dallas area, She worked as a credit manager for Foxworth-Galbraith Lumber Company and Armstrong World Industries for over twenty years. Carol married Jimmy Dale Pearson on December 28, 1997, in Richardson, Texas. She enjoyed sewing, doing craft projects, making porcelain dolls, spending time with her grandchildren, and most of all, celebrating Christmas.

Carol is survived by her husband Jim Pearson, of McKinney; children: Kelly Moore and her husband Kenneth of Quinlan, Melissa Kanz and her husband Jason of Celina, and Marcey Ochoa and her husband Daniel of Buford, Georgia, Jennifer DuBois and her husband Chris of Plano, Bryan Pearson and his wife Lindy Breedon-Pearson; ten grandchildren, James Taylor and his wife Laurel, Jacob Taylor, Kaleb Moore, Jesse Moore, Daniel Kanz, Isabelle Kanz, Kerigan Kent, Ashlee Kent, Kaylee Kent, and Emma Pearson; two great-grandchildren, Ethan and Chloe Taylor; brother, Ronald Paluck and his wife Joann, of Saginaw, Michigan;sister, Barbara Chobad and her husband Joseph, Jr., also of Saginaw, Michigan; and a host of other loving family and friends.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Frederick Paluck of California, and Donald (Jack) Paluck of Saginaw, Michigan.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 7, 2015, at Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church, 1015 Sam Rayburn Tollway, Allen, Texas 75013, with Pastor Dennis George, officiating.
