Bryan Earl Caloway was born December 28, 1976 in Arlington, Texas to Elbie Earl Caloway and Glenda Diane Cox Caloway. He married Miranda Gayle Rice on November 11, 2000 in Whitewright, Texas. He died Monday, May 18, 2015 in Denison, Texas at the age of 38. Bryan passed away in an automobile accident along with his wife, Miranda and his mother, Diane. He was a resident of Whitewright, Texas.
Bryan was a graduate of Whitewright High School. After high school he proudly served his nation in the U.S. Army, serving in Afghanistan. After his service he proudly served his community as an Investigator in the Grayson County Sheriff's Department. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Whitewright. Bryan loved his family and was loved and will be greatly missed.
He is survived by daughter, Makayla Caloway of Whitewright; sister, Angie (Gabe Jones) Caloway of Sherman; brother, Jeff (Marla) Zernial of Vidor; sister-in-law, Misty (Mike) Stone of Savoy; brother-in-law, Ronnie Rice of Whitewright; nieces and nephews, Lindsey, Jonny, Paul, Dalton, Dennis, Kelly, Bryanna, and Shortie. He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and sister, Rhonda Locke.
Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, May 22, 2015 at First Baptist Church, Whitewright, Texas. Officiating the service will be Rev. Dave Bradley and Lt. David Russell. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Whitewright, Texas. Pallbearers will be Grayson County Sheriff's Department.
The family will receive friends during a visitation on Thursday, May 21, 2015 from 6-8pm at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Whitewright, Texas.
