Brenda Diana Miller, age 66, of Van Alstyne, Texas passed away March 5, 2009. She was born April 7, 1942 in Los Angeles, California to Felotio and Una (Miller) Lopiba. On October 25, 2002 Brenda married George Henry Miller in McKinney, Texas. Brenda grew up in California and moved to Texas in 1971. She worked in the telecommunications industry for GTE, MCI, and WorldCom where she retired. She enjoyed interior decorating and traveling to visit her family who was very important to her. Brenda was a member of the Family Worship Center in McKinney. She is survived by her husband, George Miller of Van Alstyne, Texas; children, Bryan Mizell and wife, Paula of Panama City, Florida, Diana Perry and Wayne Little of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Tahnee and Travis Bondiek; sisters, Odette Bever of Delano, California and Agnes Adam of Hardy, Arkansas; brother, Herbert Guillory of Delano, California and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Felotio and Una Lopiba; sister, Juliet Stone. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, March 9, 2009, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Pastor Charlie Tuttle officiating.
