Brayton Campbell Jr., of Fairview, Texas, passed away on April 16, 2013 at the age of 77. He was born on October 21, 1935, in New York City, to Brayton Campbell Sr. and Cathryn (Healey) Campbell. On October 21, 1989, Brayton married Colleen Crawford at Big Bend National Park. He worked most his life for Wells Fargo. Brayton was the Chairman of the Board of Planning and Zoning for the City of Fairview. He loved animals, especially rescue associations; he loved his community and assisted with the college education of many children. If he met someone he always remembered the good in them.
He is survived by his wife, Colleen Campbell of Fairview; children, Jeffrey B. Campbell and wife Yumi of California, Cathey Parsons and husband Bob of California, Julie Reed and husband Dan of Texas; five grandchildren; and sister, Nancy Stroh of Greenwich, Connecticut.
Brayton is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Tom Campbell.
