Mrs. Bonita “Bonnie” Nadene Richenberger, age 73, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away suddenly on Friday, April 9, 2004, in Plano, Texas. She was born in Morning Sun, Iowa, on November 19, 1930, one of 10 children, to Leland and Laura (Walker) Bozarth. She attended school in Mt. Union, Iowa, and graduated in 1948. On July 5, 1949, she married Russell X. Richenberger in Mt. Union, Iowa. She was cherished by her family and friends. She was a member of the Richardson Church of the Nazarene where she volunteered for many years. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Russell X. Richenberger; children, Greg and Katherine Richenberger and Carla and Steve Caudill, all of Plano, Texas, Tony and Maureen Richenberger of Burlington, Iowa, and Russ and Susan Richenberger of McKinney, Texas; 13 grandchildren, Jami, Ben and Ashley Richenberger, McCain Richards, Rane, Lacy and Jesse Caudill, Noah, Mariah and Jacob Richenberger, Rusty, Toby and Haley Richenberger; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Jaiden Richenberger; brothers and sisters, Bernadine Larsen of Winfield, Iowa, Gene Bozarth of Yarmouth, Iowa, Garnett Coberly of New London, Iowa, Ann Levins of Burlington, Iowa, and Joyce Bozarth of Wapello, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Bernice Peterson, Willis Bozarth, Keith Bozarth and Marvin Bozarth. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, April 13, 2004, at the Richardson Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Scott Daniels officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park.
