Mr. Bobby Clarence Strickland, age 73, of McKinney, Texas passed away October 30, 2008, in Oklahoma. Mr. Strickland was born on September 5, 1935, in Collin County, Texas to Sol M. and Willie Lou (Campbell) Strickland. He was an assembly worker in the oil and gas industry. He is survived by his brother, Forrest Strickland and his wife, Ann of Meade, Oklahoma; son, Bobby Marcus Strickland of Anchorage, Alaska; stepchildren, James Brewer of Pampa, Texas and Belinda Brown and husband, Wade of Brazoria, Texas; grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, Jonathan and Kenneth; six great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Bonnie Strickland of Bedford, Texas; and niece, Rita Hill also of Meade, Oklahoma. Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
