Billy Joe Pearson, 86, of Frisco, Texas, beloved husband and best friend of Winola (Elliott) Pearson for 65 years, passed away peacefully, surrounded by the ones he laughed with, lived for, and loved on December 1, 2013.  Bill was born in Renner, Texas, the dearly loved, only child of Joe Warren Pearson and Allie (Rolater) Pearson.  He moved to Frisco as a young boy and lived there all his life.  He attended schools in Frisco, and graduated with a business degree from North Texas.  Bill worked for 30 years for Burroughs Corporation while also farming alongside his father, Joe.  He retired to farm full-time and enjoyed every minute of it.  Besides his wife, Winola, he is survived by his two daughters who were the light of his life, Kay Pritchett, and Connie Abernathy and her husband, Mike.  He is also survived by his grandchildren Colby Pritchett and wife Jeniece, Courtney Kuykendall and husband, Eric, Jordan Abernathy and wife, Ashley, and Jacob Abernathy and fiance, Jennie Anderson, as well as great-grandchildren Pearson, Parker and Libby Kuykendall.  In addition to family, Bill is survived by many nieces and nephews and many long-time friends that he thought of as family.  We all thank God for the gift of his life and the blessing of the time we spent with him.     A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at 10:30 at First Baptist Church, Frisco with a private burial at Restland Cemetery.
