Mr. Billy Frank Hale, age 70, of McKinney, Texas, passed away Monday, April 16, 2007 in McKinney. He was born April 18, 1936 in Altoga, Texas to Frank A. and Bessie Ann (Green) Hale. On March 5, 1976, Billy married Carol Willingham in Athens, Texas. Mr. Hale was a Collin County React volunteer for many years. He worked as a heavy machine operator and was a member of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife Carol Hale of McKinney, Texas; sons, Jeffery Willingham, David Willingham, and Brian Willingham all of McKinney, Texas; daughters, Kimberly Willingham and Christy Jenkins both of McKinney, Texas; 11 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild; 3 sisters, Helen Faye Schuler of Tyler, Texas, Bobbie Luttrall of Wylie, Texas and, Jackie Allen of Whitesboro, Texas; an numerous other loving relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents; son, William Ray Hale; and sister, Mary Ellen Thomas. A Memorial Serivce will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 19, 1007 in the home of Bill Hale.
