Billie Ruth Rantal, age 88, of Plano, Texas, passed away November 20, 2014. Ruth was born December 22, 1925, in Gulfport, Mississippi, to William Clifford and Ruth (Taylor) Holleman. She married Archibald John Rantal on November 4, 1945, in Wiggins, Mississippi.
She is survived by her son, Rev. John S. Rantal and wife, Cindy of Woodbridge, Virginia; daughters, Susan Breeding and husband, Bruce of Buda, Texas and Linda Price of San Antonio, Texas; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and sister, Lorraine Pigott of Jackson, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. A. J. Rantal, Ret. and brothers, Boyce Holleman and Robert Michael Holleman.
A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
