Billie Lee Murphy, 88, of Savoy, Texas, passed away on February 14, 2016 in Savoy. She was born May 1, 1927 in Farmersville to Virgil and Bessie Eads. She was married to C. E. Murphy who preceded her in death. She worked as a Food Service Supervisor in the Food Service Industry. Billie is survived by daughter: Catherine and husband William David Chapman of Bonham, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A visitation will be on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Hurst’s Fielder Baker Funeral Home, 107 N. Washington Street, Farmersville, Texas. Graveside service will be on Thursday, February 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in I. O. O. F. Cemetery in Farmersville.  Rev. Jim McIntire will officiate.
