Mrs. Billie Kimberlin, age 79, of Greenville, Texas passed away May 31, 2010. She was born January 25, 1931, in Princeton, Texas to Alvin J. and Ruth (Bates) McCormic. On May 16, 1948, she married Lyndel Kimberlin in Collin County, Texas. Mrs. Kimberlin was a homemaker. She was a member of the Wieland Church of Christ, where she was active in the Ladies Bible Class. She is survived by her husband, Lyndel Kimberlin; son, Larry Kimberlin and wife, Jan and son-in-law, Vince Grippo all of Greenville, Texas; grandchildren, Buddy Kimberlin, Katie Kimberlin, Aaron Grippo, Andy Grippo and Mark Winkle. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughters, Rebecca Ann Kimberlin and Linda Jean Grippo. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 4, 2010, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Thursday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation Thursday evening beginning at 7:00 p.m.
