Barry Joe Williamson of Plano, Texas went to be with the Lord on January 18, 2012 at the age of 49. He was born January 14, 1963 to Jackie D. and Vada (Smith) Williamson in Lubbock, Texas. He married Kari Scarber on September 5, 1996 in Lubbock, Texas. Barry was a devoted employee of Texas Instruments for 22 years. He had a passion for fishing, boating, and collecting coins. Barry was a devoted Dallas Cowboy fan and loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Kari Williamson of Plano; daughters, Rachel Williamson and fiancé Brad of Plano, Chelsea Williamson and fiancé Russell of Lubbock, Texas, Alexis Scarber of Plano; son, Brant Williamson of Plano; grandson, Jude Elliott of Plano; mother, Vada White and husband Chris of Lubbock; father in law, Wayne Scarber and wife Dorothy of Lubbock; sister, Christy Moore and husband Ron of Keller, Texas; brothers, Dennis Williamson and wife Jill of Grapevine, Texas, Jerry Williamson and wife Kellie of Muscle Schoals, Alabama; step brothers, Johnny White and wife Sandy of Fresno, California, Steve White and wife Yuyen of College Station, Texas; step sister, Lisa Murdoch and husband Gordon of Arroyo Grande, California and a host of other loving family and friends. Barry was preceded in death by his father, Jackie D. Williamson. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 21, 2012 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment to immediately follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
