Barbara Jane (Beck) Moore of Parker, Texas , passed away March 11, 2011. Barbara was born July 7, 1935 in Danville, Virginia to John Stanley and Ruth (Motley) Beck. She was their only child and had many beloved cousins. She married George W. Moore III on August 17, 1956, in Chesterfield County , Virginia . She lived in Richmond , Virginia before moving to Wethersfield , Connecticut in 1973. Family was the center of Barbara's life and she took every opportunity to adore her family. She enjoyed country music, sewing, swimming and laughter. She is survived by husband, George W. Moore, III, loving children Pamela and George Sardo; Judy and Peter Jones; George (Stan) and Susan Moore; Steve and Sarah Moore; Irma and Philip Allegretti; and Robert Moore and Kristine Kelly. Grandchildren include Paul Benson, Veronica Jones, Brandon, Katelyn and Kirsten Moore, Austin and Natalie Moore, John, Julia and Samuel Allegretti. Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors.
