Barbara Karen Kinney Lobb, of Plano, Texas, passed away January 4, 2013 at the age of 68. She was born April 24, 1944, in Denver, Colorado, to Raymond Kinney Sr. and Jauniece (McCrary) Kinney. Karen graduated from Plano Senior High School in 1962. She was an office administrator at E-Systems in Richardson, Texas for over five years; and worked at Space Labs Industries in Garland, Texas for over five years; Karen was a devout Dallas Cowboys fan. Above all Karen was a devoted mother, whose joy in life was raising her daughter Diana.
She never lost touch with her high school friends, and was in continuous communication with them.
She is survived by her daughter, Diana Bartholomew and husband Kenny of Lewisville, Texas; mother, Jauniece Kinney of Allen, Texas; brother, Ray Kinney and wife Bonnie of Dallas, Texas; sister, Betsy Railsback of Forney, Texas; numerous other loving relatives and friends.
Karen is preceded in death by her father, Raymond Kinney, Sr.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2013, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park, in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Tuesday evening, January 8, 2013 beginning at 7:00 p.m.at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
