Barbara Jean McKay Thomas died April 29, 2006, in Plano. Barbara was born April 5, 1928, in Detroit to Lon and Margaret McKay, and moved to Tulsa in 1933. She graduated from Will Rogers High School in 1946. She married Gail Thomas September 30, 1950, and they moved to Shawnee, OK. Later moves were to Wichita, Oklahoma City, Columbus, OH, Denver, Tulsa and to Plano in 1976. She was a member of Holy Nativity Episcopal Church. She is survived by her husband, Gail; daughter Susan Ford and her husband, Dick of Miller, MO; son, Robert Thomas and his wife, Donna of North Richland Hills, TX; six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 3, 2006, at the Holy Nativity Church, 2200 18th St. in Plano. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Holy Nativity Episcopal Church, P.O.
