Funeral Services for Barbara Ellen Wilkins Chancellor, 76 year old Leonard resident, are scheduled for Monday January 30, 2012 at 10:00 A.M. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard. Charles Wrenn will officiate. Burial will be in the Leonard Cemetery. Family visitation will be Sunday January 29, 2012 from 7 until 9 P.M. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard. Mrs. Chancellor was born April 25, 1935 at Sardis, OK. Her parents were Charles Columbus and Edna Mae Baker Wilkins. She graduated from Leonard High School in 1953. She worked for many years as a grocery checker and a club manager. She passed away Friday January 27, 2012 at the Leonard Manor. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Jerry and Kathy Brown of Santa Maria, CA.; Daughters and Sons-in-law: Karen and Kenny Browning of Marysville, CA., Judy and Greg Pitts of Sherman, Jackie and Roger Erwin of Clayton, OK; a daughter: Jeannie Little of Clayton, OK; Sons and Daughters-in-Law: Jim and Deanna Chancellor of Talihina, OK, Jeamon and Janet Chancellor of Buffalo Valley, OK, John and Cindy Chancellor of Talihina, OK; Sisters and Brothers-in-Law: Charlene and Gus Oliver of Tulsa, OK, Joyce and Vernon Shaw of Whitehouse, TX, Gladys and Wesley Blanton of Vidor, TX, Sue and Don Warren of Waynesboro, TN, Peggy and Ronnie Robinson of Trenton, TX, Linda and Garry Anderson of Bonham, TX and Betty Ann and Jimmie Frazier of Blue Ridge, TX; Brothers and Sisters-in-Law: Wayland and Madella Wilkins of Leonard; Marney and Betty Jo Snow of Pilot Point, TX, Charles and Mary Wilkins of Duncanville, TX; brother: Danny Snow of Scurry, TX; sister: Dolly Carraway of Van Alstyne, TX; 16 Grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father: Charles Wilkins, her mother: Edna Mae Snow; her step-father: Carey Snow; her brothers: Wayne Snow and Frank Wilkins, her sister: Donna Mae Pike, her granddaughter: Bonnie Daughtery and her nephew: Kenny Mark Wilkins.
