Funeral Services for Mrs. Autry Mae Brown Zachary, 92 year old Bonham resident (formerly of Celeste), are scheduled for 2 P.M. Wednesday October 9, 2013 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard. Rev. Don Giddens will officiate. Burial will be at the Pike Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 6 until 8 P.M. Tuesday October 8, 2013 at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard.

Mrs. Zachary was born August 14, 1921 at Homan, Arkansas. Her parents were John David and Idella Fay Smith Brown. She married Arzie Maxill Zachary May 1, 1950 at McKinney, Texas. She was a homemaker, a member of the Pike Baptist Church and she served her country as a member of the Army of the United States (WAC). She passed away Saturday October 5, 2013 at the Clyde W. Cosper Texas State Veterans Home at Bonham.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Don and Marilyn Wooten of Celeste; her son: Jerry Zachary of Greenville; her brother: Frank Brown of Sierra Vista, Arizona; her 10 grandchildren: Cheryl Johnson of Celeste, Carrie and Trevor Minter of Celeste; Heather Wooten of Celeste, Jeremy and Yvette Zachary of Celeste, Wesley Zachary of Greenville, Joshua Zachary of Celeste, Cindy and Jeff Branch of Campbell, Kyle Zachary of Gravette, Arkansas, Patrick Wallains and Matthew Wallains, both of Neosho, Missouri. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Fred Zachary, and her siblings, Chester Brown, Johnny Brown, Jessie Lee Brown, James Brown, Flossie Lafon, Grace Johnston, Audrey Brown and Julia Brown.
