Audryus Faye Brown Harlow, 87 years old, passed away May 12, 2011 in McKinney, Texas. She was born on October 2, 1923 to Clarence Wesley and Ethel Mae Davis in McKinney, Texas. Audryus married Don Ray Harlow on December 26, 1969. She was a mother, grandmother and a seamstress. She was a hard worker and very dedicated to her job at Haggar Pants Factory for 20 years. She is survived by two sons, George Brown and wife, Janet of McKinney and Tommy Brown and wife, Linda of Rowlett; daughter, Linda Chapman and husband, David of McKinney; two sisters, Helen Louise Rutledge of McKinney and Mary Jo Jones of Prosper; eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was known to her grandchildren as “granny”. She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband, J. B. Brown and husband, Don Ray Harlow. She will be remembered for her strength and honesty. A graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Saturday, May 14, 2011, at Cottage Hill Cemetery in Celina, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 10:00 – 11:30 a.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
