Mrs. Arta (Pug) Taylor-Kyle, age 74, of Plano, Texas passed away May 11, 2008. She was born January 26, 1934, in Oklahoma to Jack and Ethel Mae (Draper) Mock. On January 23, 1999, she married Colin S. Kyle in Plano. At the time of her retirement, Arta was a lead lady for Gaulton Illuminator. She was a member of the Abundant Life Church, Plano, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Colin Kyle; sons, Tony Taylor of Dallas, Texas and Denny Taylor and wife, Brenda of Telephone, Texas; daughter, Susie Lawrence and husband, Gene of Union Grove, Alabama; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; brother, Forest Mock of Tipton, Oklahoma and Wayland Mock of Hugo, Oklahoma; sister, Erma O’Brian of San Antonio, Texas. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ray Taylor in August 1994; grandson, Roger Dewayne Taylor; 2 sisters and 1 brother. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 16, 2008, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will received friends for a visitation beginning at 7:00 p.m., Thursday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
