Annie Ruth Rowell, infant daughter of Chad and Lauren Rowell was born at 3:11 p.m., on December 7, 2015 weighing 5 lbs. 4 oz. and was 16.5 inches long. She went home to be with the Lord three hours later. Our hearts are saddened, but we rejoice that we will see her again one day.
She was welcomed by her great-grandparents, Betty Rice, Bill Brown, Edward Wilkie, and Joel Rowell, and great-great-grandmother, Annie Gray Coile, whom she is named after and on whose birthday she was born.
She is survived by her parents, Chad and Lauren Rowell of Princeton, Texas; grandparents, Scott and Lori Moody of Silsbee, Texas and Danny and Martha Rowell of Trenton, Georgia; aunt, Mary Moody of Washington, D. C.; uncles, Wes Moody and wife, Heather of Lumberton, Texas and Jeremy Rowell and wife, Amber of Chattanooga, Tennessee; cousins, Easton Moody and Trenton Moody of Lumberton, Texas and Katelyn Rowell and Karson Rowell of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and great-grandparents, Wilbur Rice of Lake Charles, Louisiana, Will and Wanda Moody of Silsbee, Texas, Jo Wilkie of Trenton, Georgia, and Hazel Rowell of Collinsville, Alabama.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 11, 2015, at First Baptist Church in Princeton, Texas. Interment will follow at Princeton Cemetery. The family will receive friends during a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
