IN LOVING MEMORY

Angela Nicole Fraze

Jun 25 1987 - Apr 03 2010

Angela Nicole Fraze was born on June 25, 1987 in Plano, Texas to Sheryl and Jack Fraze. One of seven children with five being sisters, Angela from a young age developed a warm, outgoing, and sometimes cynical personality which was a large part of her loved charm by friends and family. This was ever present in her earliest career, when as a model during her toddler years; she was a willing participant but would often have to be coaxed to smile for the camera. After graduating from Frisco High School in 2005, where she was an Athletic Trainer for the Varsity Football Team for three of the four years, she worked in retail until she was diagnosed with cancer in 2006. During the next four years, Angela never lost her spirit while having numerous chemo treatments and several surgeries and this was shown through her determination, wonderful smile, and the occasional “smirk”. She never let this setback take away her freedom from what she enjoyed – shopping, movies, and has even traveled across the country with two of her sisters. Angela passed away on April 3, 2010 at her home in Frisco with her family and her beloved boyfriend, Steven, by her side. Angela is survived by her parents, Jack and Sheryl Fraze of Frisco, Texas; sisters, Tammy Fraze of Ardmore, Oklahoma, Jackie Kelch and her husband, Jason of Sunset, Texas, Casey Petty and her husband, Art of Frisco, Texas, Hayley Byrd and her husband, Chris of Beaufort, South Carolina, and Ashlyn Fraze of Frisco, Texas; brother, Nick Fraze of Prosper, Texas; boyfriend, Steven Kearl of Plano, Texas; niece, Brittany Juliano; nephews, Chase Padgett, Blake Kelch, Tanner Jouett, Cole Kelch, Brett Kelch, and Trevor Petty. Angela is preceded in death by her grandparents, Edna Marie and Hershal Fraze; maternal grandparents, Jo Ann and Kirk Ross (Kay) Templin; nephew, Bryn Fraze. A Funeral Service will be held at First Baptist Church of Frisco on Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 3:00 PM with Dr. Chuck Martin and Pastor Elwood Larson officiating. Interment will follow at Cottage Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco on Monday, April 5, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
