Andrew Jackson Bush, age 30, of Allen, Texas, passed away August 20, 2014, in Dallas, Texas. Andrew was born April 10, 1984, in Birmingham, Alabama, to Jack Andrew and Jennifer (Korte) Bush.
He is survived by his dad, Jack; mother, Jennifer; brother, Jesse; son, Jackson Josef; girlfriend, Laura Siegle; grandfather, Clem Korte; grandmother, Barbara Korte; aunts, Terri Machin, Rebecca Kaufman, Terri Watts, Carolyn Atterbery, and Clem Korte; and numerous other loving cousins and family members.
He lived by his favorite Saint Francis prayer:
Lord,
Make me a channel of thy peace.
Where there is hatred, I may bring your, love;
Where there is injury, your pardon, Lord;
Where there is doubt, true faith in you;
Where there is error, I may bring truth;
Where there is despair, I may bring hope
Where there is darkness, I may bring light;
Where there is sadness, I may bring joy.
Lord, grant that I may seek rather to comfort than to be comforted, to understand, than to be understood, to love than to be loved. For it is in giving that we receive, it is by forgiving that one is forgiven, and it is by dying that one awakens to eternal life.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 Noon, Friday, August 29, 2014, at Our Lady of Angels Catholic Church, 1914 Ridgeview Dr., Allen, Texas, 75013. A reception will follow the service at the church.
