Our dear dad, brother, husband, uncle, grandfather, and son passed away on April 24, 2015. In a family of nine siblings, he was the youngest of five sons. He grew up in a close-knit family and had a wonderful childhood growing up in India.
Amin loved food, and even though he was a contractor by trade, he loved baking, cooking and entertaining at large family gatherings.
He moved to the USA in 2007, with his wife, to be with his daughter and grandchildren.
He spent the last seven years of his life doing what he loved best, working as a Deli Associate and Cake Decorator for Wal-Mart where the love of his job came through in the quality of the cakes and sandwiches he made.
His legacy to this world, are his two wonderful daughters and six loving grandchildren, who have been his pride and joy. He was a true grandpa to them. Amin spent hours each day taking them to school, their games, and events or just being with them when they needed someone
His love for life, his joy and exuberance was infectious. He will be sorely missed by his family, colleagues and friends.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, April 27, 2015 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment is to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
