Allen London, age 72, of Richardson, Texas, passed away August 28, 2016. He was born February 6, 1944 in Satin, Texas, to Clifton and Elner Mae (Wiley) London. On September 16, 1962, Allen married Dorothy Buhl in Lott, Texas. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park.
He is survived by his wife Dorothy London of Richardson, Texas; children, Pamela Broussard and husband Konrad of Ft. Mill, South Carolina, Roslyn Brown of Richardson, Texas, Michelle Bell and husband Brian of Missouri City, Texas; grandchildren, Konrad A. Broussard, Trey Brown, Micaela Brown, Kirsten Broussard, Aliah Bell and Aryn Elise Bell; brothers, Melvin London and wife Arnita of Waco, Texas and Billy Fred London of Satin, Texas; sisters, Mary Jean McKenzie and husband Carlos, Mildred Childress and husband Willie B., Rosie Faye Douglas, Ruthie Mason and husband Ronnie all of Waco, Texas, Doris Burkley and husband Kevin of Lorena, Texas.
Allen is preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Elner Mae London, four brothers and four sisters.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 3, 2016 at First Baptist Church of Hamilton Park, 300 E. Phillips, Richardson, Texas. Interment will follow at Restland Memorial Park in Dallas, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held on Friday evening, from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
