Alannah Kasie Tayler, age 62, of McKinney, Texas, passed away March 26, 2013. Alannah was born September 17, 1950 in Neudorf, Saskatchewan, Canada to Joseph and Josepha 'Sophie' (Lipinski) Beutel. She married Ross Tayler on May 2, 1970 in Regina, Canada. Alannah spent several years as a Unit Coordinator in two hospitals and later owned and operated a natural foods store. She most recently helped Ross in his IT consulting business, taking care of financial and other back office details. Alannah loved to travel and spend time with family. She had a passion for a website she developed that documented the history of her and Ross's extended families and spent countless hours keeping it up to date with new life events.
She is survived by her husband, Ross Tayler of McKinney, Texas; son, Michael Tayler and his wife Brandi, also of McKinney; and brother Al Beutel of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
She was preceded in death by her parents and infant brothers, Ernest and Peter.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, April 1, 2013, at St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Community in McKinney, Texas.
