Mr. Alan David Haynes, age 45, of McKinney, Texas passed away May 10, 2006, in McKinney. He was born January 30, 1961, in Wharton, Texas to Andrew Madison and Lola Iva (Smith) Haynes. He was graduate of South Garland High School and graduate of Texas A&M University Class of 1984. On March 14, 1987, he married Karla Jean Priddy in Garland, Texas. Alan was a Commercial Architect at Alliance Architects of Richardson, Texas. He was a volunteer for Cub Scout Pack 531 and Boy Scout Troop 406, both in McKinney. Alan was also a member of McKinney Fellowship Bible Church where he worked in the Children’s Ministry. He is survived by his wife, Karla Haynes and son, Kaleb Haynes both of McKinney; mother, Lola Haynes of Garland, Texas; brother, Paul Haynes and his wife, Karen of Mesquite, Texas; sisters, Shirlene Terrell and husband, Terry of Keller, Texas and Debbie Haynes of Roanoke, Virginia; and several other relatives. His father, Andrew Haynes preceded him in death in 2002. He was also preceded in death by his son, Tanner Haynes and grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, May 15, 2006, at the McKinney Fellowship Bible Church. Interment will be held at Oakland Cemetery near Canton, Texas. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Saturday, May 13, 2006, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alan Haynes Memorial Fund.
