Mr. Agoston “Gus” Horvath, age 64, of Plano, Texas passed away December 10, 2006. He was born October 29, 1942, in Budapest, Hungary to Agoston Horvath, Sr. and Margert (Hagenbach) Horvath. Gus emigrated to the United States in 1956 and became a citizen. On November 14, 1970 he married Lauren Hildreth in Clearwater, Florida. He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and worked for Rochester Gauges for twenty-four years. Mr. Horvath served in the National Guard. He will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his wife, Lauren of Plano, Texas; sons, Gus Horvath of Dallas, Texas, Michael Horvath and wife, Staci of Little Elm, Texas; daughter, Andrea Horvath of Dallas, Texas; grandchild, Charlie Horvath; mother-in-law, Margery Scobbie; nieces, Magda and Pearl and numerous other loving relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Carl and a daughter, Laura Horvath. Visitation will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Ridgeview Memorial Park.
