Dear Don,
We did not learn of your father's passing until today, but wanted to express our sympathy to your family. We always enjoyed visiting with your dad at the many "ag" events that you and young Doug participated in through high school. Your father was a special person and set a fine example for the rest of us. Peace be with you and your family.

Rex mentored me the first year I attended annual conference and was a wonderful source of information. He was always a gentleman of impeccable character and quick to offer a winning smile. We worked together on many of the same committees at First UMC - Plano, and I always found him a pleasure to be around. I have missed him since he left Plano and look forward to seeing him again in our eternal home!- Larry D. Rogers
